Starlink is a Satellite Internet Provider that offers broadband connections to almost anyone on the planet through a growing network of low-orbiting satellites. Starlink beams internet data from satellites in Earth's orbit, which is then received by an antenna-like receiver in your home.
Delivery is within 4-5 weeks, we deliver straight to your home address using The Courier Guy, deliver to your nearest PostNet branch, or using DSV Locker courier service.

In South Africa, Starlink is currently not available officially, so all users have to subscribe using other countries and then activate Regional Roaming. The cheapest country so far is Zambia. So you will pay approximately R755 per month (depending on Exchange Rate fluctuations) to have an active subscription, which you can pause anytime you like.
We don't offer cash on delivery because we have to order the kit since we don't keep them in stock. Sometimes, we have kits readily available that can be delivered within 2 business days or collected at an agreed location. Please keep checking our website for stock availability.
With Efnel Connect, everyone manages their own account directly with Starlink. We don't manage accounts on behalf of our customers, as it is a violation of Starlink's terms of service. Once you receive the kit, we will help you set it up for the first time use and then activate Regional Roaming so that you can get connected to the internet.
The answer is NO; while Starlink is not officially supported in South Africa, its roaming service works perfectly for those in need of a reliable internet connection in remote areas with little to no cellular coverage available. Starlink performs well even in places where you can't get any cellular signal.
Download the Starlink app and use the "CHECK OBSTRUCTIONS" button to ensure you will have a clear field of view near the location where you would want it installed before you install. This is important as even small obstructions (single tree, pole, etc.) can interrupt your service. The central roof location on your house or business is the best location for avoiding any obstructions. We have found that the best performance occurs at 3% obstructed or lower.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 5 days of placing it, to get a full refund. There are no contracts, and you can also return your Starlink Kit within 30 days of shipment for a full refund of your hardware payment if you decide this service is not a good fit for you.
Starlink's speeds are slower compared to Fiber or LTE. Normal latency can be as low as 30ms with 5G, while Fiber's latency is often even lower. Starlink has a higher latency of 43- 150ms, which may critically affect activities, such as online gaming.
We have video examples on the product pages, just play the video and follow the steps to install your own Kit. The Kit also comes with a straightforward installation guide, which can be easily followed by anyone.
Heavy rain or wind can affect your satellite internet connection, potentially leading to slower speeds or a rare outage. Regular rain and wind doesn't affect Starlink performance at all.
Yes, we deliver all over the country. However, extremely remote areas might experience slight delays in deliveries.

Not a good idea as you may experience a Volt Drop over extended lengths causing reliability issues. You could plug the modem into a switch and extent the length up to another 100m.
Yes, you can. Just search for "Starlink DC Conversion Kit with 12V" on Amazon. Converting your Starlink will void your warranty, and you can't return the kit should anything go wrong with it.
